Community Guidelines

Every user has the right to be treated with respect.

You must not:

• Insult, offend, or humiliate others.
• Use hate speech or discriminatory language.
• Threaten or harass other users.
• Deliberately provoke conflict or escalate disputes.
• Attack individuals personally or damage their reputation.

H2O may remove content or suspend accounts for behavior that negatively affects the community.

H2O encourages users to build honest and transparent profiles.

You must not:

• Impersonate another person.
• Use someone else's photos without permission.
• Use celebrity images to create a profile.
• Misstate your age.
• Misstate your gender for deceptive purposes.
• Create fake profiles to manipulate or defraud other users.

H2O may require verification or suspend accounts if signs of impersonation are detected.

H2O is an online connection platform only.

Users must assess and take responsibility for their own decisions to meet in person.

Recommendations:

• Meet in public places.
• Inform family or friends.
• Do not share financial information.
• Do not send money to someone you have just met.
• Do not send private images to people you do not yet trust.

H2O is not responsible for behavior or events that occur outside the platform.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Borrowing money.
• Soliciting investments.
• Cryptocurrency investment schemes.
• Foreign exchange investment schemes.
• Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.
• Buying or selling bank accounts.
• Buying or selling e-wallets.
• Non-transparent charity solicitations.
• Impersonating agencies, organizations, or individuals.

Violating accounts may be permanently suspended without prior notice.

When necessary, H2O may cooperate with competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

H2O is a community connection platform for adults, but it is not an adult content platform.

You must not post:

• Fully nude images.
• Pornographic content.
• Sexually explicit content.
• Prostitution-related content.
• Prostitution brokerage content.
• Content involving sexual exploitation.
• Content involving minors.

Violations may result in permanent account suspension.

You may only post:

• Images you legally own.
• Images you are authorized to use.
• Content that does not violate the law.

You must not post:

• Extremely violent images.
• Shocking or gory images.
• Offensive content.
• Content that violates another person's privacy.
• Deepfake content intended to deceive users.

H2O may remove content without prior notice.

You must not post or share:

• Content that violates the law.
• Terrorist content.
• Extremist content.
• Content that incites violence.
• Hate content.
• Racist content.
• Gender-discriminatory content.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Malware or malicious code.
• Content that instructs illegal activity.

You must not:

• Publicly disclose another person's national ID number.
• Publicly disclose another person's passport.
• Publicly disclose another person's banking information.
• Publicly disclose another person's residential address.
• Publicly disclose another person's phone number or email without permission.

Privacy violations may lead to account suspension and other enforcement actions.

You must not:

• Send spam.
• Send unauthorized advertising.
• Send bulk messages.
• Continuously harass others.
• Threaten other users.
• Send harmful or fraudulent content.

Users may have messaging features restricted or disabled if they violate these rules.

H2O is not an e-commerce platform.

You must not use H2O to:

• Sell goods unlawfully.
• Conduct unauthorized affiliate marketing.
• Conduct unauthorized recruitment.
• Broker unlawful services.
• Collect leads in bulk.

Accounts that use H2O as an advertising tool may be suspended without warning.

You must not:

• Create multiple accounts.
• Artificially inflate reputation scores.
• Artificially inflate likes.
• Generate fake engagement.
• Use bots.
• Use automation software.
• Exploit system vulnerabilities.

Any scores or benefits obtained through fraud may be revoked.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering.
• Vulnerability scanning.
• Attacking the system.
• Unauthorized data collection.
• Using crawlers or scrapers.
• Extracting data to train AI without written permission from H2O.

H2O may apply necessary technical and legal measures to protect the platform.

H2O may use:

• Automated systems.
• Artificial intelligence (AI).
• A moderation team.

to detect and address violations.

Enforcement actions may be taken before or after content is made public.

Users are encouraged to report:

• Fake accounts.
• Fraudulent behavior.
• Spam.
• Harassment.
• Violating content.

H2O will review reports within the operational capacity of the system.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that content or an account will be actioned immediately.

Depending on the severity of the violation, H2O may apply one or more of the following measures:

• Reminder.
• Warning.
• Feature restriction.
• Content hiding.
• Content removal.
• Temporary account suspension.
• Permanent account suspension.
• Revocation of verification status.
• Revocation of Premium or VIP benefits.

In serious cases, H2O may cooperate with authorities in accordance with applicable law.

H2O has the authority to evaluate and make final decisions regarding violations of these Community Guidelines.

Enforcement decisions are made to protect safety, system integrity, and the shared interests of the user community.

H2O aims to build a community that is:
