Terms of Service

To use H2O, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have full legal capacity under applicable law.
• Not be prohibited from using the service under Vietnamese law.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it updated when changes occur.

H2O may refuse or terminate access for any user if inaccurate information or signs of fraud are detected.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of your profile information.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity arising from your account.

You must not:

• Share your account with others.
• Buy, sell, or transfer accounts.
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the system.
• Impersonate another individual or organization.

If you detect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify H2O as soon as possible.

H2O may allow sign-in through third-party authentication services such as Google or other providers.

By using this sign-in method, you authorize H2O to collect the data necessary to authenticate your account and operate the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

H2O is not responsible for incidents arising from third-party authentication systems.

Users may upload:

• Personal profiles.
• Images.
• Videos.
• Comments.
• Posts.
• Messages.
• Other content permitted by the system.

You represent and warrant that:

• Content is lawfully owned by you or you have the right to use it.
• Content does not violate applicable law.
• Content does not infringe the lawful rights or interests of third parties.

H2O may review, refuse to display, restrict, or remove any content without prior notice if it violates these Terms or adversely affects the community.

Users must not:

• Impersonate others.
• Post false or misleading information.
• Harass, threaten, or insult other users.
• Post pornographic, sexually explicit, or prostitution-related content.
• Post violent or unlawful content.
• Spam or send bulk messages.
• Engage in fraud or scams.
• Promote unlawful investment schemes.
• Collect other users' data without authorization.
• Distribute malware or conduct activities that disrupt the system.

H2O may apply enforcement measures including warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

H2O may offer points, badges, Premium, or VIP programs to enhance the user experience.

Points, badges, or rankings on the platform:

• Are for reference only.
• Are not assets.
• Have no cash redemption value.
• May not be transferred or traded outside the system.

H2O may adjust scoring algorithms, rankings, or membership benefits at any time to maintain fairness for the community.

H2O does not guarantee that Premium or VIP accounts will receive more interactions or find suitable matches.

The entire H2O system includes, but is not limited to:

• Source code.
• User interface.
• Design.
• Logo.
• Brand assets.
• Content created by H2O.

and is owned by H2O or its lawful licensors.

Users must not:

• Copy.
• Modify.
• Distribute.
• Resell.
• Exploit commercially.

without H2O's prior written consent.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Reverse engineering.
• Exploiting security vulnerabilities.
• Using automated bots.
• Denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
• Unauthorized data collection.
• Interfering with ranking mechanisms.
• Generating fake traffic.
• Manipulating scores or interactions.

H2O may preserve evidence and cooperate with authorities when necessary.

H2O serves only as an online connection platform.

All decisions regarding:

• Making friends.
• Meeting in person.
• Sharing personal information.
• Sharing addresses.
• Conducting financial transactions.

H2O is not responsible for conduct, damages, or disputes between users that occur outside the platform.

H2O may:

• Remove content.
• Temporarily suspend accounts.
• Permanently terminate accounts.
• Restrict or terminate access.

in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Signs of fraud.
• Conduct that adversely affects the community.
• Requests from competent state authorities.
• Risk to system safety or security.

Users must not create new accounts to evade enforcement actions.

H2O is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H2O is not liable for:

• Content posted by users.
• The authenticity of user profiles.
• Damages arising from reliance on information provided by other users.
• Unintended data loss.
• Service interruptions.
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

H2O's total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to H2O in the preceding 12 months.

H2O is not liable for interruption or inability to provide the service due to:

• Natural disasters.
• Fire.
• Power outages.
• Telecommunications failures.
• Large-scale cyberattacks.
• Changes in government policy.
• Events beyond H2O's reasonable control.

H2O may amend these Terms at any time.

For material changes, H2O will notify you through the website, application, or registered email.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

Any dispute relating to use of H2O will first be resolved through negotiation.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved by a competent authority under Vietnamese law.

H2O may offer paid service plans, including but not limited to Premium, VIP, or other enhanced services.

You agree that:

• Service fees are paid in advance.
• Fees paid may be non-refundable except where required by law.
• Premium or VIP benefits provide access to additional system features only.
• H2O does not guarantee any specific outcome from paid plans.

H2O may:

• Adjust service pricing.
• Change membership benefits.
• Change plan structure.
• Suspend or discontinue membership programs.

If H2O detects:

• Payment fraud.
• Unauthorized chargebacks.
• Use of unlawful payment methods.

H2O may suspend the account and terminate all related benefits.

For plans with auto-renewal, you agree that the system may renew your subscription when the next billing period arrives.

You are responsible for canceling renewal before the billing date if you do not wish to continue the service.

H2O may use:

• Artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
• Fraud detection systems.
• Automated moderation tools.
• Manual moderation teams.

to evaluate user content and conduct.

• Detect violating content.
• Detect fake accounts.
• Detect spam.
• Detect fraudulent behavior.
• Protect the community.

These systems may be used to:

• Mark accounts as inactive.
• Hide profiles from search results.
• Release usernames.
• Delete unnecessary data.

Before deleting important data, H2O may send notice to the registered email address.

Users may report:

• Fake accounts.
• Harassment.
• Fraud or scams.
• Violating content.
• Unlawful conduct.

H2O may investigate and apply appropriate measures.

Reporters must not abuse the reporting system to harm other users.

H2O may remove or restrict any content without prior notice if it determines that the content:

• Violates applicable law.
• Violates these Terms of Service.
• Adversely affects the community.
• Creates legal liability risk for H2O.

H2O has no obligation to store or restore removed content.

H2O may perform data backups to maintain system operations.

However, H2O does not guarantee that data can always be fully restored in every case.

You are responsible for keeping copies of important information.

H2O may integrate:

• Google.
• Telegram.
• Email services.
• Cloud storage services.
• Payment services.
• Other third-party platforms.

Use of these services may be subject to the terms and policies of each provider.

H2O is not responsible for incidents arising from third-party systems.

Users must not:

• Collect profile data in bulk.
• Copy user data.
• Use crawlers, scrapers, or bots.
• Train AI models using H2O data without written permission.

H2O may apply technical and legal measures to prevent such conduct.

H2O is a community connection platform.

H2O does not guarantee that:

• Users will find suitable matches.
• Users will find a life partner.
• Users will receive responses from other members.
• Users will achieve any personal outcome from using the service.

H2O may:

• Merge.
• Transfer ownership.
• Restructure.
• Sell part or all of the service.

In such cases, rights and obligations under these Terms may be transferred to a lawful successor entity.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and H2O regarding use of the service.

Any prior agreement or communication inconsistent with these documents is superseded upon publication of these documents.
