8. Violation Handling Process

When content showing signs of violation is detected, H2O may:

  • Restrict features.

Level 3

  • Remove content.
  • Temporarily suspend the account.

Level 4

  • Permanently suspend the account.
  • Revoke verification.
  • Revoke Premium or VIP benefits.

9. Emergency Enforcement

H2O may take immediate action against:

  • Impersonation.
  • System attacks.
  • Content that endangers users.
  • Content involving minors.
  • Content posing serious legal risk.

In these cases, H2O may act without prior notice.

10. Appeals and Re-Review

Users may submit a request to appeal a moderation decision.

The request must include:

  • The reason for the appeal.
  • Additional information, if any.

H2O will review within the operational capacity of the system.

The final decision rests with H2O.

11. No Guarantee of Detecting All Violations

Although H2O applies various moderation measures, we do not guarantee that every violating content can be detected or prevented.

Users are encouraged to proactively report suspicious behavior or content.

12. Evidence Retention

H2O may retain:

  • Violation handling records.
