• Reason for the appeal.

H2O will review appeals within the platform's operational capacity.

Rights holders may request removal of copyright-infringing content by providing:

• Proof of ownership.
• A link to the infringing content.
• A description of the infringing content.

H2O may request additional verification documents before taking action.

Users accused of copyright infringement may respond if they believe:

• The content is their own property.
• The content was used lawfully.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reports intended to harass others.

• Visibility restrictions.
• Account enforcement.
• Disputes arising on the platform.
